Livepool Arab Arts Festival And still, it remains screening

It was a total pleasure show my film Marwan and Khalil as part of the Liverpool Arab Arts Festival programme in July 2023 at the premier of Arwa Aburawa and Turab Shah’s fantastic film ‘And still, it remains’. Both of our films were shot in the sahara desert and there are crossovers in our themes, though the contexts are very different. It was so fantastic to finally meet Arwa and Turab who I've admired from afar for a while, and to have a discussion about the films at the end.
